This is a Simulate Satellite picture of what models think the cloud cover will be around 12pm today. The areas in the Pink Outline are clear skys so sky's the limit for severe storms to fire up, area in White Outline are high clouds that may pay a roll in storms.
The map above is the NAM Temp map around 2pm today, As you can see we are under 90+ degree heat again in the white outlined area. With that heat in place and a cold front pushing threw we should have no problem getting some severe storms.
Finally this is our Severe Thunderstorm Outlook for today on the left and the right is the Storm Prediction Center outlook. Yes we dont agree 100% with them on the south side of our cover area. We will be here all day today updating on Facebook as watches/warnings are issued other then that HAVE A GREAT SATURDAY!
